Although you stated on the phone that you were fully booked

for two weeks,you still found the time to rush out to our aid.

With our sash window jammed at 1.00 pm with freezing cold

air coming in,we were freezing ourselves to death....

Within two hours of our call,you repaired the window and 

now it works like new.
